Webkinz and marriage isn’t the biggest hit in Webkinz World right now, but here in the Kinz-Land forums, Webkinz marriage has been a huge hit for a while now.

It’s only after Ganz told every Webkinz fan that Webkinz are apparently “too young” to get married, that we had to close the Webkinz marriage forum down. The Webkinz Players who frequented the Webkinz Marriage forum, although could not officially Marry their webkinz anyway, had their last means of Webkinz partnership taken away from them.

Webkinz World is a strange place, with every single Webkinz pet being single and unmarried. It makes Webkinz World seem like a place where partnership does not thrive or even exist and it also makes friendship Webkinz friends seem harder to come by.

It’s my question today then as to why Webkinz cannot get married. Why can’t two of our lovely pets get married in Webkinz World?

The reason is quite down to earth and un-Webkinz like, in my view. You see - Ganz can only make features in Webkinz World which will actuall work. This means that if you want two of your Webkinz to get married, Ganz have got to make a little wedding chapel, Webkinz bride’s dress and all that other stuff.

I think that for Ganz, it’s just not feasible to do something like that. Webkinz World is a big place and Ganz have got to watch out for all their members. What happens if a Webkinz runs away from its marriage or what happens if a Webkinz tries to marry another Webkinz witout getting a divorce.

Webkinz marriage would be an interesting addition to Webkinz World, however I don’t think can technically achieve it.
