BREAKING NEWS: Earlier this week, one of our administrators, Cuddleyone, got accused of hacking a Webkinz account by another popular Webkinz forum. Sticking by her side, Kinz-Land staff is proud to report that Ganz has cleared Cuddleyone. IT HAS BEEN PROVED ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 29TH THAT SHE HAS NOT HACKED A WEBKINZ ACCOUNT. While many may be in doubt of this news, again, both GANZ and Cuddleyone herself have confirmed the above information.

As you can see, Kellykinz is continuing to fix bugs and jazz up Kinz-Land because of our little “time warp” crash. She is currently trying so hard to make Kinz-Land a great forum for everyone.

We had a major crash and have lost a lot of the work, posts and even members who joined after September 2007.

With your help, we can make Kinz-Land bigger and better than it was before!

Hey Everyone! Marsh here. I haven’t written in a while, but when the new webkinz spritz and lip gloss came out, I just had to write about them.

Personally, I dont think I will purchase Webkinz Body Spray or Lipgloss. I’m not interested in paying over $5 for “makeup” just because it has a webkinz label. They will be almost as much as lil kinz! I think the salon theme is pretty cool, but I wouldn’t buy these new products just for it. However, some people really want this theme. But it seems that Webkinz was a little gender specif when planning new products.

Boys are not going to want to be seen buying “makeup”. Members said this on the forum, and I agree, its not fair to the boys who play webkinz:

Memtab:It is unfair for all of us boys! But I still REALLY want the theme!

JordanKiesel: Im a boy too! and i like the theme too! But I dont want the stuff that you have to buy to get it! why dont they make boy stuff? its not just girls that play on webkinz. I was at some place and i was wearing my charm bracelet and someone asked me if i played on webkinz, i said yes and someone else said they did too! And there were only 4 people there including me! me two other boys and 1 girl, the girl and one of the boys played webkinz.

Hollisterco48: L deff agree!! i mean there is charm bracelets, necklaces, body spray, and lipgloss. I feel bad for the guys. They have no webkinz things that are just meant for guys!

Also, I think Ganz forgot their target market. I thought Webkinz is supposed to be a place for everyone to enjoy, including younger children. I dont know about you, but I wouldnt want my 5 year old or even 9 year old strutting around with perfume and makeup.

Some people on the Kinz-Land have thought up some ideas which I think are much better than makeup:

IHeartWebkinz: They should make something more for boys. Like Webkinz Candy Bars that come with a feature code! LOL I am serious! It could unlock something from the Candy-Land exclusive room theme! Yay! LOL The feature code could be on the inside of the wrapper

Pinkwink4: I am a girl and I have cousins that are boys that plkay with webkinz and I think Ganz should make baseballs and soccerballs that unlock sport games and sport shops online and a soccer or baseball theme !

I really think Webkinz didnt think about the downsides to these new beauty items.

Thanks to Cuddleyone for finding these pictures of the new Salon Theme(Found on another site)! I’ll get to the pictures, but first, let me give you some information on the products.

 Both Webkinz LipGloss and Webkinz BodySpritz come with a special webkinz feature code. With each feature code you get to pick 1 piece of furniture from the salon theme out of a whole collection! That will be a LOT of lip gloss and bodyspritz to collect the whole theme! (I wonder how much it will cost!) Anyway, here are the pictures I promised:

Webkinz World news erupted today with the striking news that several items of Webkinz Virtual Clothing have been retired from Webkinz World forever!

These items of Webkinz Virtual Clothing include: Plumpy’s Glasses, Red Sports Pants, Brown Belt, Purple Ball Cap and Orange Swimsuit Top & Bottom.

These Webkinz Virtual Clothes mentioned above are virtual webkinz clothes which are not going to be sold in the Curio Shop any more! So if your Webkinz account has any of these Webkinz virtual clothes, count yourself lucky!

They will be worth allot soon!

Other news in Webkinz World today includes the announcement of the new Webkinz Cash Detective Contest which we covered yesterday, where you can win $10,000 KC!

Another news story is that Webkinz World has a new job for all your Webkinz! The Webkinz Baby-Sitter job is now available for employees!

As we reported not so long ago, new Webkinz are coming out very soon! These include the Webkinz Turtle, Webkinz Seal, Webkinz Yellow Lab, Webkinz German Shepherd, Webkinz Arabian Horse, Webkinz Pinto Horse, Webkinz Lil Kinz Leopard, Webkinz Lil Kinz Koala, Webkinz Lil Kinz St Bernard, Webkinz Lil Kinz Black Bear, Webkinz Charcoal Cat and Webkinz Lil Kinz Googles.

Well, today Webkinz Land learned of the official release dates set by Ganz on these new Webkinz! Now, having experienced many new introductions into the Webkinz family, I can say that although these dates are official, you probably won’t see the Webkinz for at least a week or two from that date. It’s just the way Ganz’s logisitcs are unfortunately!!

Webkinz are truely taking over America right now. They are not only one of the best selling toys this year, but are now the star of a brand new magazine!!

The Webkinz Magazine Plushie Pals by Beckett Publishing is brand new this year and shows how popular Webkinz have literally become!

The Magazine itself, although not exclusively based around Webkinz, is aimed at people who just LOVE plushie pets! It’s got information about Webkinz and other plush animal toys that you can purchase, but luckily - the magazine focusses most of its articles on Webkinz!!

As I said, Plushie Pals is a relatively new magazine but it still gets a HUGE Thumbs up from Webkinz-Land! In the magazine, you can find out all about the latest Webkinz Rare themes, Webkinz Animal Releases, news from Webkinz World, Webkinz Stories and much more.

The Plushie Pals magazine is amazingly rare to get hold of (simply because it’s so new), but is produced by a leading kid’s toys magazine publisher, and written by many real Webkinz lovers. This means that it’s quality is AMAZING!

Today Webkinz World officially announced the new clothes in the W-Shop. This lead me to think about some clothes Webkinz should have that would be very popular.

Some clothes I’d like to see on Webkinz World

Leggings: Leggings are very popular right now. These cotton “cut off tights” are great under a mini skirt. Leggings would be a must have for any girly Webkinz!

Denim Mini Skirt: Wanna know what does fantastic with leggings? A mini skirt. This cute skirt would be emblished with sequins. How cute would that be on your Webkinz?

Sports Jersey: Boy Webkinz should have some new clothes too. Actually, girls could wear this as well. A sports jersey. How cute!

Blazer: Right now there is a tuxedo. But sometimes Webkinz are going somewhere were they need a fancy outfit, but not something TOO fancy. A nice blazer would be perfect for that

Bunny Slippers: Who doesnt love slippers? Well, your Webkinz probably would love them too!

Ballet Flats: Ballet flats are MY favorite type of shoe. I have so many of them. They are this falls “it” item. Well then, shouldnt your Webkinz be in style too?

I <3 WW: I’m sure most of you have seen an I <3 NY shirt. Your Webkinz love Webkinz World. I bet they would love an I <3 WW shirt!

Personally, I dont have my pets wear clothes. Some people think thats pretty gross. I would go into the clubhouse, back when kinzchat plus was open, with my non clothed webkinz. Some people would say “EW!!! Your pet is naked” . I thought that was pretty rude. Pets dont always wear clothes. Those poor chihuahuas in real life must get so hot in all that clothes. Sometimes my Webkinz will wear clothes, but I dont think that it is “gross” for them to be “naked”. Webkinz are animals essentially after all. Clothes on WW are fun, but not a necessity too me.
