I’m a big fan of the new Webkinz Charms that have just been released. I am planning on getting some myself, as the Webkinz Magical Charm Forest looks absolutely amazing and I really want to collect all of the virtual Webkinz Charms!
I guess most people know that Webkinz Virtual Charms are on achievable when you buy and input the feature code of real Webkinz Charms. Whenever you purchase a new Webkinz Charm, and put its details into Webkinz World, you unlock a set of Virtual Set of Webkinz Charms.
Which Virtual Webkinz Charms you unlock depends entirely on the number of Webkinz Charms you’ve inputted the feature code for in Webkinz World. To see which Virtual Webkinz Charms are unlocked with each Real Webkinz Charm, please take a look at the Webkinz Charm Chart below, which has been sourced from www.kinzblog.com.
There’s a fair few Webkiz Charms to unlock in there which is good, but it also means that you also have to spend a lot on getting Webkinz Charms to unlock the Virtual Webkinz Charms with. This means that you need to buy at least Webkinz Charms in order to unlock ALL of these virtual charms.
Considering the relative shortage of Webkinz Charms in some places, it makes me wonder how people can go out and purchase all of the Webkinz Charms needed for Webkinz World… which brings me onto the topic of this post!
On Ebay today, I found a complete set of Webkinz Charms - that’s all 24 Charms & Necklace & Bracelet for the staggering price of $160!! Here’s the Picture of the Webkinz Charms For Sale:
At $160, the 26 items would average out at…. $6 EACH! That’s almost as much as a Webkinz on its own!
Never minding the price, this raises the question of who on earth will want to just buy all of the Webkinz Charms in a whim, like that? I thought the whole part of the fun behind Webkinz was actually finding the Webkinz Charms in the first place! Like a real life Magical Charm Forest!
I would only buy all of those Webkinz Charms in a bundle like that if I was going to give them away as presents for Christmas or even as gifts for Webkinz-Land forum members.
I don’t get why people would need so many Webkinz Charms. But someone obviously does because they have actually bidded on the Ebay auction.
